Alkohol Free

We've all been there: you go to a bar to hang out with friends, but for whatever reason, you don't want to get drunk. When you order, the only options are sugary drinks or water. To make matters worse, the waiter looks at you strangely.

That's not cool at all. The fact is that fewer and fewer people drink, and they are more conscious of what they put in their bodies and more cautious about their health and wellbeing. This is fantastic and definitely shouldn't be held against them. In fact, more effort should be made to provide non-drinkers with alternatives to alcoholic drinks. After all, advances in culinary techniques have yielded wonderful vegan and vegetarian alternatives to traditionally animal-product-based dishes, which form a large part of Western cuisine.

I would actually like to take this further and run a workshop where we mix not just copies of alcoholic drinks or a bunch of juices, but recipes created from scratch to be non-alcoholic.

Let's experiment, keep it on the edge and almost dangerous, keep it sexy and alluring.
